Staying up late is not a normal rule of life. It has bad effects on thinking, memory, skin, vision, heart and brain vessels. The causes are traced back to the extreme irregular life, stay up late and smoking. Staying up too late can damage fertility, skin and vision. Staying up late causes the nervous system not to get a good rest when it should rest, causes the nervous system to be abnormal, causes the change of vascular tension, and can cause the increase of blood pressure.
