你去看一下《西风颂》原文就知道根本没有这句话
是出自雪莱的长诗《*的反叛》第8章第22节：（加粗的那句英文）
‘“Reproach not thine own soul, but know thyself,
Nor hate another’s crime, nor loathe thine own.
It is the dark idolatry of self,
Which, when our thoughts and actions once are gone,
Demands that man should weep, and bleed, and groan;
Oh, vacant expiation! Be at rest.—

意思是过去了就无法挽回了，但未来还可以由你自己创造，未来是属于你的。不要再沉迷于不能挽回的过去，要趁着未来还没逝去把握住它
