为什么iOS 9版本的在锁定屏幕下AssistiveTouch里的旋转用不起？

在ios9系统下，锁定竖屏之后，小白点的设置--旋转--向右横屏，向左横屏虚拟按键就失效了。关闭锁定竖屏才有效。这很明显是编程的逻辑错误，打开锁定竖屏，有重力感应会自动旋屏，还需要人工按这两个键吗？在iOS6，7，8系统下，锁定竖屏后小白点的设置--旋转--向右横屏，向左横屏虚拟按键一直以来都是有效的，想必这也是最初设计者的初衷。但是现在ios9的程序设计师完全误解了这两个按键存在的意义，认为锁定竖屏就不应该旋转屏幕，给使用者带来很大不便。我反应了多次无果，被告知ios9预期就是这样的。这样的系统设置是很荒谬的，是100%的错误。如果苹果对此漠视，那太让人失望了。
Regarding ios9 system,when you turn on the portrait orientation lock, the mmy buttons of assistive touch--device--rotate screen--left&right will lose their functions.Only by turning off the portrait orientation lock,the functions can be achieved.
Obviously it is a logistic mistake ring programming.when you turn off the portrait orientation lock,the gravity response system will rotate screen automatically,there is no need to do it manually.In previous systems of ios6,7 and 8,the functions of the assistive touch--device--rotate screen--left&right can be always achieved even if you turn on the portrait orientation lock.I think it should also be the original intention of the designer.
But now the designer of ios9 must misunderstand the meaning of these mmy buttons' existing,which brings much trouble to the users.
Hope apple will improve the ios9 system for this bug as soon as possible.

设置__通用__侧边开关用于__静音勾上
注意不是锁定屏幕旋转打勾啊

然后在桌面从下往上拉，控制中心就出来了，中间五个圆圈最右边那个就是。追问请看我问题补充
