do with 和 deal with 意思相同，都是"处埋、对付"的意思。根本不同的是do with中do是及物动词，后面要有宾语，with 介词后也得有宾语，面deal with中deal是不及物动词，后面不能有宾语，with 介词后要有宾语。如:What do you do with them? How do you deal with them?

do with用于强调对做的事情的内容，deal with主要是强调处理问题的方式。比如：I don't know what to do with the problem
然而它可以转换成I don't know how to deal with the problem

do及物动词后面接宾语，所以问句是
what do you do with your time?而deal是不及物动词，后面的with一起构成短语后面才可以接宾语，既what do you deal with your time?
