1、食材:鲑鱼罐头1罐,面包(去皮)1片,葱末3勺,蒜末1/2勺,莳萝末1勺,青椒末3勺,面粉1勺,鸡蛋1个,甜辣椒粉1/2勺,柠檬皮1勺,柠檬汁2勺,盐1适量,黑胡椒粉适量,特级初榨橄榄油3勺。
2、在一个大碗中,将三文鱼(包括2汤匙罐装液体),面包,葱,大蒜,莳萝,甜椒,面粉,鸡蛋,辣椒粉,柠檬皮,柠檬汁,盐和胡椒粉轻轻混合在一起。
3、混合好后,做成8个小馅饼,每个小馅饼约1/2英寸厚。
4、在大煎锅中用中火加热橄榄油。煮小馅饼,直到两面都很好地变成褐色,每边约3-4分钟。

三文鱼最好还是生吃,沾点日式的芥茉或者是专门的酱油,口感、鲜度都能保持原生态的;做成三文鱼寿司也不错。至于用加热的烹调方法做的话,自己在家做应该做不出酒楼大厨的口感,反倒是一种浪费了。参考资料:http://image.39.net/0711/4/43957_s_0014.jpg
