首先，你的这句话有错误，不是 “Although it is not meant an enormous amount of money for us,it has made our activities even more widely publicised and understood.”而是 “Although it's not meant an enormous amount of money for us,it has made our activities even more widely publicised and understood." 也就是说，是 " it has not meant",这是现在完成时态的结构，不是 “it is not meant....".这句话的意思是：虽然这个奖并没有给我们带来（或者：对于我们来说并不意味这）巨额的金钱，但是它使我们的活动更加广为人知，大家对我们的工作也更加理解。
注意：原文是：”it's not meant...", 这里的it's 是 it has的缩写， 不是 it is 的缩写。

因为这是名词作主补，所以不需要介词。这是被动，其主动形式是mean sth. sth.名词作宾补。
再如i mean him a good student.he is meant a good student.
