形容词短语去掉be作状语

worried about the journey,i was unsettled for the first few days.
frighteded by the loud louse,i went to see what was hapening.
前者事实是形容词短语去掉be直接做状语,如be worried about,be frightened by,be dressed up,be lost/absorbed in be born in...,语法上来说,不能说分词的动作与句子主语的关系是被动关系.
通常会有语法书把他归纳为分词做状语一类,事实上,我觉得应该归纳为形容词作状语更好理解;如：cold and hungry,they stayed in snow for several days.
