It's very important to be polite. We should say"thank you","please","Excuse me"and so on. When we meet somebody, greet them warmly. When we take a bus, a train ect, we should wait in line and we'd better give our seat to the old and the child. When we do something wrong, we should say "sorry". we shouldn't quarrel with others or laugh at others.
