个人认为英语口语主要从两个方面来练习: 语音+语言运用。但最开始还是要确定自己的发音取向，是要学习英音还是美音。这样以后听材料或是学习单词发音都比较明确。
首先语音是比较基础的，也是比较好练的。学会音标，并且读的准确，可以多听听磁带或是找音标读的比较好的同学老师学习下，然后每天都要坚持早晨的时候读至少半个小时的英语课文，不用非常难的课文，可以是自己初中或是高中的课本就可以，因为现在练得是语音，然后要大声的朗读，一定要出声音。然后就是平时可以看些外国电影或是情景喜剧之类的，就像刚才说的如果侧重英音，在看这些视频材料的时候就选择英国的电影或是电视，如果是美音的话就选择美国的。在听或是看的时候要注意她们的两个单词的连读，及单词句子的重音，升降调。如果条件不允许的话听磁带也可以。
其次就是语言的运用，这个就不是很容易了，这一方面就要求你的词汇量了，平时要多积累单词，这样想说的时候才有东西说。然后没事儿的时候可以自己搜一些比较有争议的但不是很难得话题，比如大学生应不应该谈恋爱啊，大学生应不应该自己创业啊等等，针对这些话题发表下自己的看法，可以自言自语都没问题，或是没意思的时候自己对自己说说英语，像这一天或是这几天都干什么了，比较开心的事或什么事儿很恼火。说下自己的心情都可以。在说这些的时候，不要打草稿，顺嘴就说，即兴练习。有想不出来的单词，就试着用其它你知道的意思有一样的单词代替它。
总之什么的练习都贵在能吃苦能坚持，只要不想着走捷径，认真的去学习效率就一定会高的
