Primary Mission During I Was There:
1.Planned and designed the supply chains of company, participated the negotiation of the purchasing of Kingdear ERP management system and in charge of the performance and problems solution of such system so as to this system could be useful to the campany management.
2.I also watched over the for departments including purchase,financial,storage,buy in and sell out, to ensure smoothly operation of the supply chain.
3.I was also respondible for the establish of cost-contral system and the flow of it, budget system, and took the variation analysis between cost clearing and budget.
4.I could communicate with head office overseas, issue a report about the profitability and the cost analysis of China branch to the head office termly.
5.I directed the OEM manufacturing with A Company and awarded of contract with B and C Company.
