采用微弧氧化静电喷涂复合处理工艺,在AZ31镁合金表面制备出满足外观要求的镁合金试样,考察复合膜层的耐蚀性和结合性能。采用SEM观察微弧氧化陶瓷层表面形貌与微弧氧化静电喷涂复合膜层的微观形貌;通过SEM所带的能谱(EDS)分析了陶瓷层和复合膜层表面元素的变化;采用涡流测厚仪测量微弧氧化陶瓷层与静电喷涂层的厚度;采用中性盐雾试验和电化学试验研究了微弧氧化处理与复合处理镁合金试样的耐蚀性;最后采用划格试验考察了复合膜层间的结合力。
研究结果表明:分别在不同时间和不同占空比条件下微弧氧化处理镁合金,以环氧树脂为静电喷涂原料制备的镁合金。根据复合膜层表面、截面的微观形貌观察以及元素分析,喷粉可浸入陶瓷层表面的微孔,并填满孔洞,形成有效的封孔,而多余的喷粉在陶瓷层表面形成均匀的喷涂层,降低了表面的粗糙度。镁合金微弧氧化静电喷涂复合膜层比直接静电喷涂层的结合力要好。镁合金微弧氧化静电喷涂复合膜层的腐蚀电位与直接静电喷涂层相比有所降低,交流阻抗有明显增大,盐雾试验时复合膜层的失重量越来越少,都说明复合处理可以大幅度提高镁合金的耐蚀性。镁合金微弧氧化静电喷涂复合膜层耐蚀性的提高依赖于喷粉填充微孔以及在陶瓷层表面形成的阻挡层,这两者的共同作用减缓了腐蚀介质向陶瓷层内的扩散。

Using microarc oxidation electrostatic spraying composite process, in the AZ31magnesium alloy surface prepared to meet the appearance of magnesium alloy sample investigation, composite coating corrosion resistance and bonding properties. Using SEM observation of micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer and surface morphology of micro-arc oxidation electrostatic spraying composite coating microstructure; through the SEM with energy spectrum ( EDS ) analysis of the ceramic layer and the composite film surface element changes; using eddy current thickness measurement of micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer and electrostatic spraying layer thickness; by neutral salt spray test and electrochemical tests on micro-arc oxidation treatment and composite processing magnesium alloy specimen corrosion resistance; finally the Cross-cut test examines the binding force between the composite film.
The results show that: in different time and different duty ratio condition of micro arc oxidation of magnesium alloy, with epoxy resin as the electrostatic spraying preparation of magnesium alloy. According to the composite film, section surface micromorphology observation and elemental analysis, dusting can be immersed in the ceramic layer on the surface of the microporous, and fill up the holes, forming an effective sealing, and the excess powder in ceramic layer formed on the surface of uniform coating layer, reduces the surface roughness. Magnesium Alloy Microarc Oxidation electrostatic spraying composite coating than direct electrostatic coating binding force. Magnesium Alloy Microarc Oxidation electrostatic spraying composite coating corrosion potential and direct electrostatic spraying layer is lower than, AC impedance has significantly increased, salt spray test of composite coating on the weight loss is less and less, are examples of composite processing can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy. Magnesium Alloy Microarc Oxidation electrostatic spraying composite coating corrosion resistance depends on the enhancement of powder filled microporous as well as in the ceramic layer formed on the surface of the barrier layer, which both slowing corrosion medium to the ceramic layer diffusion.
