语法没错，但是极为拗口。尤其是前面的“common social phenomenon”和“prevalent”意思重复了。

建议改动：
1. 删掉前半部分：
【Public internet usage is particularly prevalent, especially among the younger generation.】

2. 删掉prevalent:
【Public Internet usage, especially among the younger generation is becoming a common social phenomenon.】
