either后跟not是表示部分否定还是全部否定

not+any/anyone/anybody/anything/anywhere/either 或not+half可表示完全否定(即＝not at all)，一点也不，根本不的意思

either...or, neither...nor 则表示部分否定，...或...不...的意思
