1.be+adj +that 引导宾语从句
来引导宾语从句的形容词有: sure,certain,glad,please,happy,sorry,afraid,satisfied,surprised
　　I am sure I will pass the exam.
　　我确信我会通过考试.
　　I am sorry that I have troubled you so long.
　　很抱歉我这么长时间在打扰你.
　　He is glad that Li Ming went to see him when he was ill.
　　他很高兴在他生病的时候李明能去看望他.
2，be +adj+ that 引导主语从句
引导主语从句的形容词有It is quite obvious / certain / clear or evident / (un)likely / probable that / strange / necessary / essential / natural/ important+ sb should do etc. that
it是形式主语
It is strange that nobody knows where he has gone.
很奇怪没有人知道他去了哪儿。
It is possible that one of them keeps a kind of bank where the workers can keep their money safe.

It 作为句子的形式主语，that 引导的从句做真正的主语。一般是为了避免头重脚轻或起强调句的作用。
形容词一般都是修饰名词的，所以形容词后面的词的词性一定是名词。
