电影开始了，主人公杰克同意接受实验，让他控制的阿凡达到梦境般的潘多拉星球混入纳威族里面打听矿石资源的信息。可是他的阿凡达在执行任务的时候，不小心与同伴失去了联系，一个人在荒山野岭中迷了路，被一群凶狠而怪异的野兽包围了，他与它们进行了殊死搏斗，最后还是寡不敌众，被怪兽扑倒在地，就在这千钧一发之际，一支毒箭射向了最凶狠的一只怪兽，紧接着，一个苗条的纳威美女赶过来，驱散了所有的怪兽，拯救了阿凡达。

魅影骑士带领着空中族的纳威人骑着英勇的伊卡兰向空中的直升机冲去，虽然直升机不时地发出炮弹，也只能击中少数的纳威人，几只伊卡兰勇敢地拖住直升机向山上甩去，让直升机炸成了碎片……地面族的纳威人也骑着马勇猛无比地冲向人类的机器人,尽管人类的机关*在不停地扫射,纳威人也在不断地倒下,但他们仍勇猛地往前冲,抛翻了他们的机器人,踩死了许多士兵,最终还是高科技的人类将纳威人杀得七零八落,在这紧急关头,圣母终于显灵了,只见群群野兽冲向了机器人,用它们坚不可摧的头颅向机器人顶去,把它们一个个抛翻,战争局势发生了转折,最后终于战胜了人类,把他们遣返回地球，重新过上了自由的生活。
影片气势宏伟，场面浩大，情节起伏，引人入胜，非常值得一看，我看了一遍还想看第二遍，真想以后多看看这样的精彩大片啊！
