如果咬文嚼字的话，是不一样的，呵呵。
they are all my friends——他们是我全部的朋友（我的所有朋友都在这里了，就是他们）
they all are my friends——他们全都是我朋友（这些人都是我朋友。）
呵呵，有些牵强，如果一定要找出不同，也就是这样了。

从书面意思来看是一样的,但从句子结构来看就是完全不同的句型。
they are all my friends 是一个一个常用的主语+谓语+宾语的简单句。
但they all are my friends 却是一个同位语从句，they 和 all 都是指的“他们”，就像是这个句子：
They two are my friends. 中 they 和 two也是代指的同一个人，所以 they all are my friends 是一个同位语从句。

都是他们都是我的朋友的意思但一般用they are all my friends 因为 all 一般放在be动词后面
