Notoing is not perfect一般不这样表述，因为nothing 本身就表示否定了，所以这里用everything
everything is perfect，isn't it？
nothing已经表示否定，后面用肯定

Nothing is serious, is it?
Nothing is not perfect,isn't it? 一般情况下,前面肯定,后面就否定; 前面否定，后面就肯定. 但是主句里有nothing等否定意义的词时，后面的反意疑问句则为肯定形式.
