I said you hung up too fast, I mean I want to hear you to say "bye bye" or "good night", rather than you wait until I let you hang up.

The reason why I complained about your getting off line too hurriedly was that I just expected you to to say "Bye-bye or Good night" to me. It didn't mean you should have got off line until I told you to.
