If you ask me how to make friends, I would say to know whether a person is good or not is the prerequisite. I think a person who will be a real friend shuold satisfy the following conditions.
First, I don't like a person who likes to run down others, so this kind of person will never be my friend. Second, I think my friend shuold be an excellent person, and she/he is always ready to help others. Most importantly, a real friend should be sincere to me, and she/he is willing to share my happiness as well as my sadness.

意思是：
　　如果你问我如何交朋友,我想说,知道一个人是否好坏的先决条件。我认为一个人将是一个真正的朋友其实满足下列条件。

I'm very sorry to hear you're in trouble.I think a true friend can share your happiness and sad.You can talk everything with each other.When one of you make a mistake,the other one can point out it.When you feel sad, you can cry on your friend shoulders.
In my opinion,I think you're right.You hoped your friend could answer the test all by himself.I think you should tell your friend that if he always copies other's answer,he won't know his own real level.Study can't depend on false behavior.You tell him the reason why you haven't helped him in the test.I think if he is a reasonable boy,he will understand and make up with you.Don't be confused.May the friendship between you lasts for ever.
