但整段话句子有问题啊，这是学生自己写的？
比如 会计部一般说accounting department；
receipt of of our team "amember" hotel accommodation claim
这个表达也很奇怪。
可能是： receipt of our team members' hotel accommodation claim；
random 应该用副词 ramdomly
with the hotel management concerned也有问题, 应该用名词concerns
the reply on the particular case was not such person had accommodated at their hotel before.这句出现了两个谓语动词。 估计是漏了such "a" person "who" had ... 但这里who不能省略。
