摘要：本课题立足于当代“大学生创业率偏低”这一实际现状， 根据上海市团委08年提供的数据，当前中国大学生创业成功率平均为2%，这一数字与美国的大学生创业成功率20%有整整十倍的差距。 本文从大学生创业者实际情况出发，结合真实案例，围绕大学生创业所需条件进行讨论，深入研讨大学生创业过程中存在的问题，分析出大学生创业失败的原因，并且提出了问题的解决方案。本文共分为四个章节，重点谈了三个问题；分别是大学生创业者素质，大学生创业难点和大学生创业环境，这三点因素包含了大学生创业过程可能遇到的所有问题。第一， 起点理论，素质作为一个人的前提，对于一个创业者来讲创业素质更是尤为重要。大学生应该具备怎样的创业素质和条件，以及如何掌握这些创业素质和条件，执行力的强弱成为了大学生创业成功与否的关键。第二， 路上理论，本文指出了大学创业过程中普遍遇到的一些问题；比如缺少资金、缺少经验、项目方向错误、以及忽视细节等，针对每一问题笔者都提出了来相应的解决方案和应对措施。第三， 环境理论，一个良好的创业环境可以孕育出一大批优秀的创业企业。大学生创业环境大致可分为外环境和内环境，外环境主要体现在社会为大学生提供的创业环境上面，文章提出了大学生应该怎样合理正确地使用创业优惠*；内部环境主要在于创业者自身，文章认为社会应该加强创业教育，营造良好的社会创业氛围，这样才能提升中国大学生创业素质。

Abstract: This topic bases in the present age “the university students' innovative undertaking rate is somewhat low” this actual present situation, provides the data according to the Shanghai Youth Corps Committee 08 years, the current China university students' innovative undertaking success ratio is 2% equally, this digital and US's university students' innovative undertaking success ratio 20% have the entire ten time of disparities. this article embarks from the university student pioneer actual situation, the union real case, needs the condition regarding the university students' innovative undertaking to carry on the discussion, deliberated thoroughly in the university students' innovative undertaking process exists the question, analyzes the university students' innovative undertaking defeat's reason, and puts forward the solution which had problems. This article altogether divides into four chapters, discussed three questions with emphasis; Respectively is the university student pioneer quality, the university students' innovative undertaking difficulty and the university students' innovative undertaking environment, these three factors have contained all questions which the university students' innovative undertaking process possibly meets. The university student should have what kind of undertaking quality and the condition, as well as how to grasp these undertaking quality and the condition, carried out the strength strong and the weak to become university students' innovative undertaking the successful or not key. Second, on the road the theory, this article had pointed out in the university undertaking process meets generally some questions; For instance lacks the fund, to lack the experience, the project direction mistake, as well as the neglect detail and so on, proposed in view of each question authors comes the corresponding solution and the counter measures. Third, The environment theory, a good undertaking environment may breed a large quantities of outstanding undertaking enterprise. Outside the university students' innovative undertaking environment may divide into the environment approximately and in the environment, outside the environment mainly manifests, in the society provides for the university student above the undertaking environment, the article proposed the university student should use the undertaking preferential policy correctly how reasonably; The internal environment mainly lies in pioneer oneself, the article thought that the society should strengthen the undertaking ecation, builds the good social undertaking atmosphere, like this can promote China university students' innovative undertaking quality.
