要把CPU散热器和显卡散热器换掉就好了
一般原装散热器都是铝的 换成铜管散热器就好了
例如超频三红海系列 或者酷冷暴风系列 我用的是AMD四核 散热器是酷冷至尊暴风Z200 效果还不错
显卡方面超频三加勒比海不错 不过体比较大
爱情海加强版 黑海之类的也很强

想解决的话，就把散热器换了吧。。。。。不过就不能保修了。。。
