有益的就是；1.可以使我们的交流更加方便，迅速，提高做事的效率
2.人们学习，工作，找资料更加方便容易，丰富生活
有害的；1.长期待电脑前辐射对皮肤不好，而且我们知道容易长肚皮，不运动对身体不好。还有很多人痴迷于此，影响人于人的交流，使得人更加陌生
2虽然方便，但是使得很对人抄袭严重，盗用别人的东西疯狂
