国内对绩效管理评价的理论研究还不很成熟,国外的资料收集难度也较大,相关数据比较难以获得,该探索仍只是初步、浅显的,文中的观点也还不很成熟,分析论证也存在偏颇之处,文中论述尚有许多值得推敲和需要完善的地方。谨请各位老师给与谅解,也非常希望能得到各位老师的指正.
In our nation,the theoretical research to performance management is not mature,it is difficult to collect the material from abroad and to get related data;moreover the research is initial and plain,the arguments listed in the article isn't mature,the analysis and reasoning is not exactly pertinent;there are still many aspects needing rectifying and improving.Please teachers present understand this,I really hope teachers can give me some good advices.
