国外真的不时兴认人做哥哥。
顶多说是做做兄弟。
你要是问别人可不可以做我哥哥，你会让对方觉得很困惑。

Often, simply calling his name is fine. They don't really have a concept of the relationship you mentioned. But there are some nicknames you can call. For example, Thomas = Tommy. Jordan = Jord, Andrew = Andy.

If you are a girl, don't call brother, cuz that's usually among boys.

如果只是表明这种关系的话可以说older brother
