it is hard to define. if you have good economic fundamentality. you should not take a full time job, even if you can off work for rest at home. but for me, If my wife have pregnant, I prefer staying at home to having a job whatever full-time or part time. if she takes a part-time job, absolutely she cant concentrate on her job. it is low efficiency. I don't hope this kind of things happen, it will influence her working attitude and working efficiency.

Woman Hold up Half the Sky

Men and women are created equal because both gender have the same intelligence to study. None are better at logical analysis neither did either gender show more talent in learning languages. Men and women equally can make achievements thus both gender should have the same social status and be treated equally in the society.

But in fact, women's social status is unfavorable. Although they have opportunity (chance) to learn knowledge in schools,especially in high schools and colleges yet they are required to get higher marks and are often rejected by the companies.

It is the deep-rooted prejudice towards women that bring about this problem.People stereotypicaly believe that women are weaker than men. Women are categorize under a social frame whereby they tend to stand behind men. The society protray womens' image as someone who engage with housework and not to be as successful as men.As a part of this modern generation, we should change the old views and show more respect to women because women can hold up half the sky!

yes,because they have their dreams,and job can improve their ablity.through take a job ,they can communicate with other people,learn something from them.Wife is not only housewoman.

I think if her husband can support the family alone, then the woman needn't take a full-time job.But wether to take one depend on the woman's own will. If they are in a poor faniacail state, the woman need to find a full-time job.

Of course. Having a job is a kind of self-fulfillment and also a way to realise one's value.
more obviously is the reason for financial constraints.
