再报盘就说明是在报盘offer发出后，对方进行还盘counter-offer的基础上，又作出的新的报盘是对对方还盘的还盘，所以用counter-counter-offer

发盘

A counter-offer is an expression by the offeree of his disagreement, either in part or as a whole, to the offer made by the offeror.

还盘
A reply to an offer which purports to be an acceptance but contains additions, limitations or other modifications is a rejection of the offer and constitutes a counter-offer.

再报盘/反还盘
A reply of the offeror to the counter-offer of the offeree.

There’re always several rounds of offer, counter-offer, counter-counter-offer, till business is finalized or called off.
