KaiZhongfa，it is a system established in Ming Dynasty in which merchants were encouraged to exchange grain for salt at frontier fortress, so as to get the Yanyin----the salt voucher for salt selling.
还有盐引又称“盐钞”，是宋代的取盐凭证，稍微解释一下，外国人才看的懂。
