get through和go through的区别如下：
1、get through和go through都表示通过（某地、议案等）；
2、get through表示度过（艰难或不愉快的一段时间）；通过（考试、审查等）；（用电话与某人）联系上；完成（任务、工作等）；
3、他们基本是同意的，只不过是go through是不及物动词，get through是及物动词。都可以加宾语。
