团队建设及人员培训 The work-team building and the personnel training
1、 人员：原计划二期编167人，后调整为184人，目前已到位180人。
1. Personnel: the first plan is 167 people at the second scheled time but afterwards we change into 184 people, and now there are 180 people present.
2、 机构：除人事和财务、技术三个部门与一期共享外，二期建立了采购、生产、维修、仪电、化验、安全六个单独的部门。人员和机构基本能满足工厂运行的需要。

Department: besides HR department , finance department and technique department sharing with the first scheled time, we set up six separated departments, including stock, proction , maintenance, apparatus , assay and security. The personnel and the department have fulfilled the needs of the running of factory.
3、 安全：从8月18日合资公司开始进入工厂管理，工厂已安全运行132天。安全上主要做了以下工作：
—对所有入职的员工都进行安全知识的培训。安全管理体系已基本建立，从十月开始实施了月度安全例会制度，已召开月度安全会议三次。
—在项建设期进行了两项PHA和的次PSSR。
—建立并实施了事故的调查与跟踪体系。今年出现的两起工艺安全事故和一起急救事故都对行了跟踪调查
—建立了承包商的安全管理制度并实施了对承包商的安全管理。
3. Security: The company of joint venture has come into factory management since Aug8th and has run safely for 132 days. We have done the followings for our security:
----The employees have been trained on the security knowledge. We have set up the system of safety management , implemented the system of monthly safety regular meeting, and the monthly safety regular meetings have been held thrice.
----During the time of items building , we have carried through two set of PHA and PSSR.
4、 人员培训：人员培训从4月6日开始到8月17日结束，历时5个月，主要分三个阶段。
——4月6日—25日，基础的培训包括企业文化，工艺安全及生产基础知识的培训
——4月26日—6月4日：工艺操作培训。
——6月5日—7月15日：一期工作现场的培训
——化验人员在培训化验程序后分别两次到云梦工厂接受培训。
——管理人员根据工作需要开展了 “培训师的培训”（TTT）及商务礼仪、PM和SSC的培训。
——特殊岗位和工种参加*组织的培训，并取得相应的合格上岗证书，叉车工，压力容器。
4. The personnel training : started at Apr6th , ended at Aug17th and has lasted five months ,has three phases.
-----Apr6th to Apr25th, basal trainings, including corporation culture , technics safety and basal knowledge of the proction.
-----Apr26th to Jun4th , the training of the technics operation.
-----Jun5th to Jul15th, the training of fieldwork of the first scheled time.
-----After the training of assay process , the assayers have been sent to Yunmeng Factory for training.
-----According to the needs of work, the managers have been trained on TTT, the comity of business affairs , PM , SCC.
----- The special posts and work have been trained by the government, and acquired eligible certificates for mount guard, such as latheman and pressure vessel and so on.
5、 内部管理：
——行政人员的业绩管理已纳入XX的管理体系，非行政人员的管理在12月已全部推了绩效管理的试行方案。
——公司也执行了U8管理体系
——仪电部门已建立工具管理清单和管理制度，仓库管理已完成备件清理，正月在做规范化的工作。
5. The inner management:
------The performance management of administrators has been brought into XX management systems, and the performance of the other employees will be tried out in December.
------The company has implemented U8 management system.
------The apparatus department has set up the list of instruments management and management system. The storage management has finished clearing of the spate part and now is doing the standard jobs.
