1 Each quotation must be made to be complete, with company title, like this, at least the customer will feel we are very serious. Do not give a price to customer directly in the mail, which customer may can not save it, and check it either.
2 Each quotation should have a deadline, I usually set for a month.
3 Quotations must use PDF format.

If the customer say that the price is too high, you can reply as following
1 The price we provided is the best for this proct;
2 we will continue to provide service for this proct;
3 we guarantee the delivery on time;
4 Our quotation is valid for one month, today of next month, we'll improve the price.
Reason : the change of exchange rate, the prices improvement of domestic raw materials and so on.

1. Every price list must be made intactly with company's title on it so that the customer may feel we are very serious. Don't put the price directly in the E-mail for it's difficult for customer to save and check.
2. There must be a time limit on the price list. I normally make it a month.
3. Make the price list into PDF file.
If the customers reply and complain about the price, you can reply like these:
1. This is the best price we offered for this proct.
2. Our service for this proct is persistent.
3. We guarantee the shipment must be on time.
4. The validity period of this price is a month. And the price will increase exactly today's date next month, because for the currency exchange rate, and the increasing of local material.
