1、大米或者糯米蒸熟或者煮熟,摊凉备用;
2、将摊凉的大米或者糯米放进缸、罐等可以密封的容器里;
3、将发酵菌或者酒曲放进盛了大米或者糯米的缸内,中间做成一个窝状,立即密封;
4、等待发酵,过十几、二十天就可以出酒了(切记:中间不要开罐)。

把糯米或大米泡软蒸熟后,晾凉了,拌上酒曲,放在坛子里密封好,过一周左右就发酵成为米酒了。
