不同，
Suppose 是假设 Suppose I win the prize 假设我赢了奖。
Think 是认为，想。I think I have won the prize 我认为我已赢了奖。

suppose带有推想的意思，推理而得，有依据的；而think则强调主观看法，自己认为怎样。 但在口语中区别不大。

suppose带有很强的推测的意思;
think指认为的意思
两者在英语中还是有很大区别的.翻译成"想",所以区别不明显了.
