"I look to you" means something along the line of "I'm counting on you."

中文解释意思是我指望着你了。

it's not often to use this sentence in U.S. I've been living in NYC for years, it doesn't appear frequently.American usually generous and confident, you or they dont have to use this tone/mood.

the meaning of "I see to you" is kinda like the meaning of "I look to you." my American guys told we know the meaning of it, but never use it.

都是"指望"的意思.

关健在于,如后接物,事情,意思指照顾,关注等,
如后接人,均指指望的意思.

see to,本无此用法,是来源于look to,因为有的人see 与 look不分,以为一样,就成了see to也有这种用法. 常规"指望"是look to sb.

如果有人用see to sb.一个他在要表达,指望.同时用的不规范,如果真有人这样说的话.
