首先要知道 there + be 这个句型中的引词 "there" 虽没意思，但大凡主语该出场的地方都是它

第一个 want sb to do sth 作为 to do sth 的逻辑主语当然是there
第二句是It is + adj + for sb to do sth 的句型，得有个for 带出不定式的逻辑主语
