第二个对。
as you say/know/is reported/is believed.....; as have been told/reported.......; as is known to all等等这类结构中，as引导的是一个定语从句（比较特殊），一般不可以把as换成which，且与主句用逗号隔开。如
As you know, I am not fond of fishing.
As is known to all, the earth moves around the sun.
As a saying goes, no pains no gains.
As is reported in today's newspaper, a tiger fled away from the zoo last night.
