some: “一些”，用于可数名词复数前或不可数名词前。变疑问句、否定句时，some要变成any.
eg: There is some meat on the dish. -Is there some meat on the dish?
There is a flower in the bottle. -Is there a flower in the bottle?

如果你想用any那就把flower改成复数
There are some flowers in the bottle-Are there any flowers in the bottle?

any 是用在否定句和疑问句中的。和not 连用。
Is there any meat on the dish?
Is there any flower in the bottle?

any 用在疑问句中
既可以跟不可数名词用单数形式
也可以跟可数名词的单数复数都可以，
只不过单数用is 复数用are
