As a middleschool student, we get stress by studying a long time at once. It is importantfor us to relax ourselves after school.
Through theinvestigation, I have found that most of girls like shopping because they findit relaxing; they are born to assess those new fashions appear everyday in theshopping mall. Some others enjoy dancing which could keep them fit.
Boys, on thehand, more keen on out-door activities, such as football, basketball and othersports. They believe doing those activities could activate their muscle, thushelp them to get rid of stress.
For allstudents, listening music is also a good way to relax, nowadays we have mp3, iPod,even the cell phone could play music; it’s quite easy to download your own favoritemusic from the internet as well. Listening to beautiful rhythm will refreshyour brain after a day’s tedious work.
There alsoother choices in terms of seeing movie, playing video games, even walk withyour puppy in the park. Nevertheless, students should take the chance to givethemselves a relief after a tense school day.
