请看下面这段话：
You must declare all family members on your application, even if they do not plan to travel with you to Australia. If you do not declare all family members on your application, they will not be eligible to come as dependants after you have arrived in Australia. You must also provide proof of your relationship to them, in the form of officially issued birth and marriage certificates.
如果你当初申请你的学生签证时没有把你太太包含在内而你又已经抵达澳洲了，她就没有办法办理陪读了。

如果上面的574签证行不通的话，可以考虑一下Tourist Visa (Subclass 676)
因为如果这个签证过了，可以
stay up to 12 months, or a shorter period, depending on the purpose of the visit and your personal circumstances 而且study for up to three months.

但是要准备的材料还是很多的，最重要的是证明：
（1）你们的关系-结婚证书，户口本
（2）你将给她的支持（生活和资金上的）需要近期有你澳洲名字住址的公文，比如说电话费，银行帐单，还有你的存款
（3）你留学身份的证明，叫学校出，写明你的名字，就读科目，完成时间
