系统评价中说I2过大时，异质性较大，此时不适合做meta分析。可这个数值是多少？看到有说是＞50%。请问出处在哪？cochrane手册中只写到：0–40% means littleor no heterogeneity; 30–60% meansmoderate heterogeneity; 50–90%indicates substantial heterogeneity;and75–100% indicates considerable heterogeneity。
tau2是什么意思，它和I2有什么区别。手册中写的是To undertake arandom-effects
meta-analysis, the standard errors of the study-specificestimates (SEi above) are adjusted to incorporate a measure of the extent ofvariation, or heterogeneity, among the intervention effects observed indifferent studies (this variation is often referred to astau-squared (τ2, orTau2)”
