我上周在新华书店买了一本英文词典，回到家后，发现了有漏页等质量问题，于是我马上找到了新华书店，要求他们调换，而他们去拒绝了。我觉得他们的服务质量很差，我呼吁服务行业必须提高服务质量！
Last week i bought an English dictionary from Xinhua Book Store, while i was at home i found that there are some missing pages and quality problem, i quickly went back to the book store, asking for an exchange, but they refused. I feel that their service attitude are very poor, I appeal to all the service instrial should had to improve the service quality.
