@Our class has been studying a unit on first aid. I have always found the unit interesting but I had never thought that I would have a chance to put it to real use. However, last week when I saved a classmate, Tom, who nearly died after being hit by a ping pong ball, I realized that the first aid unit was more than just some interesting unit.
@Even though the unit has been very interesting and useful, I think it is not enough. Due to my lack of experience in practice, Tom, though survived the hit, suffered severe side-effect. His nose bled for an entire hour before the doctors could finally manage to stop it. So, obviously a single unit on first aid is not enough. @We would like to request that a first aid course be introced and made mandatory for all students to take. @We think that a first aid course at school will benefit all students, for when they are in the situation where others need the help the most, our students will not only have the courage to act, but also the knowledge and experience to do it right. With this new class, more lives could be saved and our students will become more responsible and more capable of helping others.
