美国的日期是月日年，月份用英文缩写，所以是OCT 01 2012。这样没有歧义。全数字不太好。
美国的食品大多不标生产日期，只标注有效期，会写成EXP: DEC 01 2012，或者委婉点儿写成BB：DEC 01 2012 （BB：best before, 在此日期前食用最佳）
