I'm requesting for a SAT and subject test waiver, because there are no testing cites in China. The nearest site is HongKong, so if there are no seats available, I have to fly to other counties such as Korea, Singapore and Thailand. My parents are both paramatics: my mother suffers from a car crash, and my father suffers from mental illnesses. As my family is unable to afford the fees that accomodationa and transportation to the testing countries entail, I hope that you can grant me a test waiver because of my circumstances.
