As we face challenges throughout our daily life, stress naturally becomes an inevitable element for anyone. As a university student, I, too, face many stressful situations ranging from endless examinations and studies to everyday occurences in my family and personal life. As I try hard not to let these get to me, I have developed quite a few strategies to effectively relieve my stress.
Perhaps one of the most relaxing activities for me would be to free myself from all my worries, even for ten short minutes, ring which time I would listen to music or watch some of my favourite dramas or blockbuster movies. I have chosen this for I find that this is the quickest way to get my mind off worrisome things.
One of the other ways, I must say, would be to go out for a quick jog around the block.
