have sb do sth是指让某人做某事，强调一次性的动作。而have sb doing sth是指让某人一直做某事，强调动作的持续性、连续性或者动作的反复性。

have sb do sth

1、What does it have to do with you? 

与你何干？

2、All you have to do is make a home video. 

你要做的就是拍一段家庭录像片。

3、I have to do a lot of homework for tomorrow's meeting. 

明天要开会，我还要做许多准备工作。
