In this paper,rosinand2-hydroxyethyl methacrylateester,methacrylic acid asmonomer,rosincarboxylpolymermicrospheres with surfacecarboxyl groupswere preparedby suspension polymerization,and therosincarboxylpolymermicrospheresformethylene blue(MB)simulated wastewater byadsorption.Thetest instrumentinfrared spectroscopy,optical microscopy anddigitalconctivity meterofcarboxylatedpolymer microsphereswere characterized,the results showed that: in theM(HR):m(St+MAA):m(DVB)=1:1.5:0.4,m(St):m(MAA)= 2:4~ 3:3,the dosage ofdispersantgelatinmixturethe4monomerwt%,initiator dosageof mixedmonomersof 1 wt%,the reaction temperature is 80℃.Theprocessofcarboxylatedpolymer microspherespreparedgoodspherical,uniform particle size distribution,high yield.The infrared spectrum analysis showed that theHR\/St\/DVB\/MAApolymer microsphereshave been successfully synthesized;carboxyl contentobtained byconctivity metertestup to 0.146 mmolž g-1. The optimal solid-liquid adsorption is 1:250g mL-1; the optimal adsorption equilibrium time was 300 min; the best adsorption solution pH value is 10.14.
