我跟你一样的情况 买了25的包。然后给游戏公司写了一封邮件。回信说
Your device cannot reach our servers in the United States over a secure connection. This problem is currently happening for some users in China, they are being blocked by the g o v e r n m e n t. We are investigating this, but at the moment we have no solution.
What you can do is connect to the internet via another connection (cellular or wi-fi), which is not blocked, or use a VPN to reach our servers. When you are on a good connection you can unlock the ships and will not be charged again. You can also use "Restore Purchases" in the Phoenix HD settings menu when you are on a connection that is not blocked, this will automatically unlock everything you paid for.
大体意思就是国内网络不能连接他们的服务器，试试换别的上网接入方式，或者用*，连接到他们的服务器才行。否则不可能。。。现在他们也没有办法。。或者尝试游戏设置里面那个“恢复已购买商品”。我试了。不行。所以说。把交易单打了 去apple store申请退款吧。。。

打开YouProxy启动D L然后进游戏把要买的都买了
切换后台关闭D L，就算开无线和蜂窝，以后进游戏也不影响购买的飞机，不过分数好像不能上传
但是如果打开YouProxy联网进游戏的话，就需要重新购买了！
