I passed the exam. 和 I have passed the exam.是对的。
用一般过去时和现在完成时都可以。
I was passed the exam是错误的，不需要用被动语态。

强调的是现在的结果，只能用现在完成时。
I have passed the English exam. 我已通过了英语考试。
Have you passed the English exam? 你通过了英语考试吗？
