1 where.when.who都可以,例如:
She is going to live in Beijing, where she has some close friends.
The meeting will be put off till next week ,when those people will be back from Shanghai.
This note was left by Tom, who was here a moment ago.

引导非*性定语从句的关系词有：who, whom, whose, which, when 和 where，不可以用that和why。
2 可以呀（不好意思举不出例子来），不过分词作伴随状语不常考，分词中有一个非常重要的知识是分词作时间状语，如果先与主动词的动作，且强调先后，要用having done
如：Having finished his homework, he went out

只要注意逗号就行了。有不能用that,没有可以用that
